Outside Reading TWO

I am now at a point in the story where Bella and Edward and deeply in love and can't be apart. But the two are not tragically torn when a tracker vampire decides to hunt Bella. Edward has to say goodbye to her and leave her in the saftey of Jasper and Alice. Although I can't fully realte to this, it reminds me of the first time i can remeber being away from my mom for a whole week. I know she loved me unconditionally but her and my dad and my sisters had to go to California for a celebration with adults, including my Grandparents. I could not go because I was very sick. I missed her and I knew it drove her crazy to be apart from me, but she had to leave me at home because she knew it was best for me. The story also has began to get very suspensful and I predict that in the next few chapters Bella will find away to run away from the tracker, and her and Edward will run away to Canada or something, together and hide. The book is so good that I refuse to put it down, I can hardly wait to see what Bella's feight will be.

Outside Reading Blog

I have began reading the book Twilight by Stephanie Mayer. As I read the first few pages I realized just how much the main character Bella is truly like me. I realized that she always tries to think of other first, and she is a naturally nurturing person. I am notice that Bella and I both can be shy when we first meet some, but open up quite easily after we have known that person for extended periods of time. I also realized some negative qualities about myself I can change through reading Twilight. I have began to notice just how persumpcious i am and quick to judge much like Bella is of Edward and his family also about everyone in small towns. I also have picked up on how stubborn Bella is, like when Edward always tries to help in the beginning of the novel, and although she wants his help she refuses. In reading this I can learn to listen to my heart more often and truly get to know people before i make any assumptions about them! This book is AMAZING.

Sunday Blog #1

Here are my poems from class on wednesday..
So much depends on
Peanuts and chocolate
Crunchy
Bright wrappers
And the delicious combination of sweet, smooth, and salty

So much of spring depends on...
The sound of leaves crunching
Under the watchful eyes of the chirping bird
With the smell of dew kissed timber
It all seems to pause for a split second
And nothing is heard
Only to feel the breeze and the new beginning
A sigh of relief
